Hello and buenos dias amigas y amigos. I’m Arne, your InterNACHI Certified Guanacaste Home Inspector! I now provide certified, professional Home Inspection services in Nosara and surrounding areas in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica!

With a technical background (tool & die maker, many advanced courses in house design & construction, building technology and decades of Home Inspection experience, defect recognition, many of my own home renovations, even teaching/training Home Inspectors across Canada in the mid 2000s), I have decided to expand my Inspection services in Costa Rica! If you are buying a home….for a quick and accurate quote please let me know the following information. This helps me understand the property’s unique features so I can provide you with a fair and competitive price. Another fast way is to send me the Sellers online listing which usually has enough info to create a quote.

1. Type of Property: Specify if the property is a house, condo, townhouse, etc. and any other structures you need inspected.

2. Size of the House(s): Indicate the square footage of the property/house. Provide the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also if there are any garages, large decks and terraces or additional kitchens, living rooms or large common areas.

3. Location: Include the property address, a map pin would be good if able.

4. Age of the Property: What was the approximate year the house was built?

5. Timeline: When do you need the inspection to take place. Usually that is within the Due Diligence period after the buyer’s offer is accepted and before the closing date.

6. Your contact: Provide your name, phone number, and email address for follow-up and scheduling.
